These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Beetroot Arcade. They also serve as the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) for the Beetroot Arcade app. Please read them carefully.
Beetroot Arcade is a trading name of [legal owner name], a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, contactable at hello@beetrootarcade.co.uk and at [service address]. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Beetroot Arcade; “you” refers to the person using the app or website.
By downloading, installing, or using the Beetroot Arcade app, or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and the website.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or guardian’s permission, and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Beetroot Arcade on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
If you installed the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies. Where it conflicts with these Terms, the Apple EULA wins for App Store installations. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app.
All purchases are made through, and billed by, Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Their payment terms apply alongside ours. Credits and subscription access grant in-app entitlements only and have no cash value.
Monthly Pass is a recurring subscription that automatically renews each month until you cancel. Cancel via the App Store or Play Store settings on your device at least 24 hours before the next renewal to avoid being charged.
Annual Pass is a recurring subscription that automatically renews each year until you cancel. You can manage or cancel it through the same store settings as the Monthly Pass.
Consumer rights & refunds. You have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The right to cancel digital content under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ends once the content starts to download or be used. For billing issues or refund requests please contact the store you bought from — Apple and Google handle refunds on our behalf. You can also email us at hello@beetrootarcade.co.ukand we’ll do what we can to help.
We regularly add new games, levels, events, missions, and features. We may also change, retire, or replace existing content — including rebalancing credit costs, streak rewards, or advert rewards. We’ll try not to disadvantage existing subscribers when we do this; any material change affecting paid entitlements will be communicated inside the app.
Beetroot Arcade does not have user accounts. Your progress, credits, streak, missions, and high scores are tied to your device’s local storage and, where applicable, to your App Store / Play Store / Game Center identity. Uninstalling the app, resetting the device, or clearing app data will erase local progress. Purchases can be restored via the “Restore Purchases” option.
The new-player credit-pack promotion runs for 72 hours from the app’s recorded first launch on an eligible installation. During that window, qualifying packs include the bonus quantity shown before purchase at the normal displayed store price. Eligibility is determined using the store transaction time. The offer is not a price reduction, has no cash value and does not apply after expiry.
Eligible new players may attach either one referral code or one creator code to an installation, not both. Unless a campaign states otherwise, the new player must complete onboarding and their first game before any credits are issued. Friend referrals award the advertised credits to both the new player and referrer, up to the displayed referral limit; creator promotions award the advertised credits to the new player only. Friend rewards are limited to 10 successfully referred players per referrer. Each installation may attach only one acquisition code and each reward may be claimed only once.
Promotional rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be paused, limited, changed or ended where reasonably necessary. We may withhold or reverse rewards generated through self-referrals, duplicate installations, automation, misleading promotion or other suspected abuse. Anonymous installation and campaign events may be used to verify eligibility and produce aggregate creator reports.

We may suspend or terminate your access, reset scores, remove ill-gotten credits, or disable Game Center integration if we reasonably believe you have broken these rules.
The Beetroot Arcade app, this website, the Beetroot Arcade name, logo, artwork, game mechanics, music, and copy are owned by [legal owner name] or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.
The app and website rely on third-party services including Apple App Store, Apple Game Center, Google Play, Google AdMob, Google’s User Messaging Platform, and Vercel. We’re not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of third-party services, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
We provide Beetroot Arcade “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including those of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; breach of your statutory consumer rights that can’t be limited by law; or any other liability that can’t be lawfully limited.
Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the app, or the website is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £50. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
You can stop using Beetroot Arcade at any time by uninstalling the app. We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the service. On termination your licence ends; sections dealing with ownership, liability, and governing law survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, surface the change in the app. Continued use of the app or website after the change takes effect counts as acceptance.
If something’s gone wrong, please email hello@beetrootarcade.co.ukfirst and give us the chance to put it right. If we can’t resolve it you retain your statutory rights including, for UK consumers, the right to use the UK government’s consumer advice service.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
